If you want to purchase a Manufactured Home there are 2 things that are important to you. In many locations you can buy the space or lot or place the home on a lot. Or you can put the home in a park where you rent or lease the land it sits on. I can help you if you are buying the land or lot the home sits on. In Arizona a special license is required to sell Manufactured homes in parks where you rent or lease the lot. I do not specialize in that area.
